Mainly used for producing pure aluminum ingots and A356 aluminum alloy ingots, requiring a silicon content of less than 8%.

This production line adopts continuous casting and rolling shear process. From raw material melting, casting bar to shear finished ingot, Stacked ingots, the whole process can be finished in one time without interruption. The whole machine unit realizes mechatronical operation.

This line is the combination of AC variable frequency speed regulation which has the advantage of high synchronization and high efficiency. The whole line is in PLC automatic control and monitor, with color touch screen display and operation, owns failure alarm and automatic stop protection function. The whole production line is working stable in low cost.
