I. Application
This CCR line is applied to produce conductive round aluminum rods, high purity aluminum rods and alloy rods. ((1xxx,3xxx,8xxx,6xxx,the manufacturing technology should be responsible by the user. It can produce Ф9.5mm, Ф12mm and Ф15mm three types of aluminum rods. Ф9.5mm rod is running by 15 rolling stands; Ф12mm rod is running by 13 rolling stands; Ф15mm running by 11 rolling stands. When making 1xxx rods, the speed is about 4.5-5T/h; when making alloy rods is 4-4.5T/h.
