The scalping machine is used to continuous remove the oxidation layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy ( especially for the 5xxx alloy) bar during the production. And it can automatically collect all the aluminum chips after scalping to press. The aluminum bar after scalping and pass into the rolling mill, finally can help to get much better quality aluminum rods(looks much bright and smooth on the surface and rods parameters can be much better).
